Where do you usually buy gas? Do you use unleaded...super unleaded...or diesel?

Hi Sassy, I buy gas pretty much anyplace that has the best price, hehe. From gas stations like Arco, Maverik, FastStrip and etc. I use unleaded gas that has 87 octane. How about you? Smile

I just buy regular gasoline when I need it. I don't really like RV's much. I like to get in an air-conditioned motel or hotel room and lay on the bed and watch television, order room service, or go out for meals and drinks.

I am more of a motel/hotel person too but I'd be game to try staying in an RV.

I tried it and did not like it as much as staying in a hotel or motel, but if an R-V has air conditioning and a comfortable couch, you can enjoy it some.

The object of traveling in an RV isn't really to stay inside anyway. Think of it more as a vacation home wherever you want to go, say to a sporting event or fishing at the lake. Or one of our many National Forests, Parks or even state parks. (we tend to avoid the parks, too many people). There are millions of acres of public land at your disposal, and you can bring the comforts of home along with you. Staying at an RV 'park' or 'resort' isn't really what we do. In that case you may as well stay at a hotel. Where we take our RV there usually isn't a hotel around.

Back to gas, I usually go for the cheapest, though not always, as some 'cheap' stations have bad gas. My truck needs 91 octane due to the high performance motor. I also use 91 in my Jeep, it seems to run better, but it is pretty old. Our other truck takes diesel, and of course the race car takes racing fuel, talk about expensive!!
