I don't know the answers to those questions, Sassy, and I will tell you why.

Basically, I just concentrate on our joint portfolio and then pick up a little information from various sources.

I had to look up the answer to your question about "flash trading" on the internet.

Nothing is wrong with learning all I can about the stock market, but I am not doing it right now.

Please allow me to explain. I concentrate mostly on you, your forum and your e-mails. Then I concentrae on Facebook. Then I respond to all of the people who contact me on Facebook, and your forum.

Now, I look at my watch and it is about 2:30 pm, and I want to watch Rick Sanchez at 3:00 pm. I have got a little time before 3:00, so I check our joint portfolio account on the internet for monitoring purposes.

I check each stock to see how much it has moved up or down each day. If it is a big move, I try to find out why. Then I consider whether I want to buy or sell any stock. If I do, I have to run it by Jean, since it is a joint account, and she is an equal partner. She vetoes about all of my buy and sell selections.

Then I go to CNBC and see what is going on in "the market" today, and look for stocks that could be bargains like you do in the supermarkets.

If I find one that looks like a bargain, I monitor it for a while and keep records on 3 by 5 inch index cards for a while pending a decision.

So far, I have not even looked at our account today.

Now, I need to shave, so that will take some time.

So, you maybe can see why learning more about the stock market general information is not a high priority with me, but it is a good thing to do? Buddy Dale

Dale...Thanks for the run-down about your day and your views about the stock market etc...I guess "Flash Traders" could have a big impact on the market and your stocks too...

Well, I just don't know, Sassy. I think that they could though, because their computers can be programmed with certain objectives in mind, such as cutting your losses short, and letting your gains keep on going up.
